Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “CRIOBARREL / BENELLI ARMI S.P.A. – URBINO – MADE IN ITALY”. The left side of the receiver is marked “Benelli U.S.A. CORP. – ACCOKEEK. MD- MADE IN ITALY”. There are two Italian proofs and “BU” in square date code on the bottom-left edge of the frame in front of the trigger guard. The bottom-right edge of the frame in front of the trigger guard is marked with the serial number “U250175”. The right side of the receiver is marked “SUPER BLACKEAGLE II ” and “BENELLI-ITALY” . The right side of the barrel is marked “12GA. 3 ½” – FOR 2 ¾”, 3” or 3 ½” SHELLS / READ OWNERS MANUAL BEFORE USING GUN”. The bolt carrier is marked “* BENELLI ARMI SYSTEM”.

Choke: This shotgun has removable chokes and currently has a Modified Criochoke installed.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a red bead at the front of the rib and a silver-colored mid bead.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two-piece black synthetic Comfort-Tech stocks with texturing in the forend and grip, rubber comb, contoured rubber buttpad and sling studs front and rear. The stocks have no notable wear or damage, only light handling marks. There are no chips or cracks. The LOP measures 13 7/8” from the front of the trigger to the back of the pad. The stock rates in about Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright. There is no erosion.

Overall Condition: This Shotgun retains about 97% of its finish. The barrel has only light handling marks. The receiver has a small scratch on the left at the front edge and a few scattered light scuffs. The pin heads are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun rates in about Fine-Excellent condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this rifle. As with all previously owned firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Our Assessment: This is a beautiful shotgun made by Benelli. Capable of using almost any 12 gauge shell you’d like to throw at it, with Comfort-Tech stock to help absorb any recoil and with Benelli style, this shotgun will suit almost any sporting or hunting needs. This shotgun seems like it’s had an easy life with little in the way of wear and about 97% of its finish remaining. The rubber comb can be exchanged for different heights to fit you and the choke can be replaced for whatever you’re shooting (only the installed comb and choke are included).
