The interior has two Perazzi patches, held on with double sided tape, there is a Perazzi oval sticker and two Certificate of Warranty stickers, each with the serial number of the shotguns. A red Perazzi pouch, red-handled Perazzi hex wrench, care instructions for the hard case, two ‘care instruction’ orange stickers, anti-corrosion paper, individual care instruction booklets for each shotgun (with hand-written dimensions inside) and a factory congratulatory letter are included; the hard case is in Fine condition, the paperwork and other accessories are in Excellent condition.

Our Assessment: It is hard to tell what is more incredible about this set of sequential serial numbered shotgun set; the fact that the engraving is just about the most superb that we have come across, or that the engravers were able to duplicate the work with such precision! The shotguns have gold inlaid “3” and “4” (on the 28 and .410 gauge, respectively) designations as part of a set. All serial numbers on each shotgun match up, the fit and finish of both items is unparalleled and a full array of Perazzi paperwork and goodies are included, along with a hard takedown case which houses both items. The extra burl walnut stocks have beautiful grain and fit to the metal. This set of shotguns is sure to attract attention from the most discerning collector, looking to have been used very infrequently, if at all, outside of factory testing. If you are a fan of Perazzi, you might as well go right up to the top and get the Extra Super engraved option; once you’re there, you might as well get two! Detailed engraving of this complexity is only found on a few high end shotguns; the engravers looked to have enjoyed applying the ladies to the surfaces, one can only wonder if they were ‘close friends’? In any case we would like say ‘thanks for the mammaries! This shotgun set will not be forgotten. Please see our pictures and good luck.
