Our Assessment: This is the premier target rifle of the early 1960’s. The army chose this same weapon for Vietnam Sniping. This is a pre-64 rifle in its complete target configuration with Redfield Internal Match sights and correct target stock. Wow! Wow! This is truly a collector and shooter find. We have never had another one in our hands. This one is a beauty. You’ll even only see one in “The Winchester Book”, Page 506.
