Sights / Optics: The gun is mounted with a red ramp front sight, and white-outlined, windage and elevation-adjustable rear sight.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock(s) is/are Devel’s proprietary see-through custom grips. The grips have light stress cracks around the screw holes, but the grips are otherwise sound and in very good condition. The light cracking does not affect the integrity of the grips.
Type of Finish: Hard Chrom Finish
Overall Condition: This gun retains about 85% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows handling and holster wear and some flaking off of the Hard Chrome finish at areas of high contact (bactstrap, frontstrap and inside of the trrigger guard). There is some slight discoloration to the finish, but this should clean. Besides the holster wear, some evidence of use, and some light finish loss this is a superb gun . The Screw heads are showing little use. The markings are clear and detailed. Overall, this gun rates in about Fine condition.
Box & Accessories: This innovative pistol comes with a copy of the original Devel printed brochure, three Devel see-through magazines, and a custom-fitted De Santis holster and matching dual magazine carrier.
Our Assessment: This is a rare, desirable and innovative pistol! Built on the solid S&W Model 39 platform, the Devel Corporation turned out a lightened, shortened carry gun that was really, the first compact 9 mm pistol on the market.  Numerous deft touches abound; from the see-though grips and magazines, to the beveled mag well, throated chamber, replacement parts and Wolff springs throughout.  This was intended to be a “State of the art” design in powerful and compact pistols.  The Devel Full House now carries with it, besides its functionality, a great deal of collector’s cachet.  To find a specimen in this condition, complete with matched accessories, is a real find.
