Ltd” The entire receiver and screws are scroll engraved

Sights / Optics: This shotgun is mounted with a flat steel bead on a ventilated serrated rib.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are high gloss checkered hardwood. There are only the lightest handling marks and one or two soft compression marks. The LOP measures 13 ¾” from the front of the trigger to the back of the Winchester buttplate. The stocks rate in about Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is Bright. There is No erosion.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 98% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows nearly no wear. It is apparent that this shotgun was only used for about 25 shells and then put away in storage. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions Correctly and the ejectors pop as they should. We have not fired this shotgun.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This shotgun comes wrapped in its original brown paper and individual boxes for the forend, receiver/buttstock, and barrel. The original red plaid external lid with matching label correctly describing this shotgun is also included. The surface is a bit worn with areas where tape was removed along with the surface of the box. Two corners are ripped on the lid. A warranty card, Model 101 paper tag with red string, Winchester 101 informational pamphlet, a hunting and shooting sportsmanship informational sheet, and Winchester warranty gunsmiths page are included in an envelope. All of the paperwork is in near pristine condition.
Our Assessment: This Winchester Model 101 is in Excellent near new condition. It appears that this gun may have only about 25 rounds through it. There are minimal handling marks and when we received this shotgun, it was close to factory wrapped in its original box. We cautiously unwrapped it, not knowing whether it had ever been opened before. We found light shell rings indicating that indeed this shotgun had been fired a couple of times before. Now is your chance to own a rare, almost like new 28 Gauge Winchester 101 in its original box.
