We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

One magazine has a finger extension floorplate and the other has a flat floorplate, and both are in about Excellent condition with minimal wear. One end panel has a label marked with the correct make, model, caliber and serial number of this pistol, and the inside of the box is fitted for the pistol and accessories. The box shows a few light handling marks and is in Excellent condition. The owner’s manual is for a Model PP pistol and is printed in German and English, and includes a schematic and parts list for a PPK pistol as well as a PP. The manual is in about Fine condition.

Our Assessment: Because of the Gun Control Act of 1968, importation of the Walther PPK was disallowed, and Walther enlarged the pistol to the PPK/S model to get around the restrictions. The PPK/S was made by Walter in the 70’s and then by license to Walter by Interarms starting in 1978 and continuing into the 1990’s, and later by Smith & Wesson. This is a blued Walther PPK/S in .380 ACP caliber made by Walther in what was then West Germany. This pistol is in about Excellent condition with about 99% of its original finish remaining. The bore is bright with sharp rifling and no erosion. The pistol comes with two magazines, its factory box and an owner’s manual. There aren’t going to be any more PPK or PPK/S pistols made, so if you want a small pistol for concealed carry or if you have small hands that won’t fit around a grip with a double stack magazine, this is your chance to get a quality pistol made here in the United States.
